tracker status: eyewear detected, tracker is disable or undetected

I've Star 1200XLD, i've installed VR Manager 4.1 and in tracker status section it returns:

"tracker is disable or undetected"

my problem is the same. My OS is Windows 7 64-bit.

In "Misc. Tools" tab--->"About Vuzix VR Manager" i've:

Vuzix VR Manager 4.1

IWEARDRV.DLL Version not found
IWRSTDRV.DLL Version: 3.1.0.3
Vuzix Video Eyewear Not Attached
